This extension only collects data when you actively initiate an action. All data extraction happens locally in your browser.

• Property listing URLs you choose to analyze (only from supported portals)
• Property details (price, description, location) extracted from pages you visit on supported real estate portals
• Your email address for product key registration and license validation
• Your product key for license verification

2. How We Use Your Data

• Property data is sent to OpenAI o1 API for AI analysis
• Email addresses are stored on our server for license management
• Product keys are validated against our licensing server
• We do NOT sell or share your data with third parties

3. Data Storage

• Email addresses are stored securely on our servers
• Product keys are stored locally in Chrome extension storage
• Property data is NOT stored after AI processing completes
• The extension does NOT store or track your browsing history

4. Chrome Web Store User Data Policy Compliance

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Data is used solely for the single purpose of real estate listing analysis
• Data is only transferred to OpenAI for AI analysis (as disclosed above)
• We do not sell, transfer, or use data for advertising purposes
• We do not use data for credit-worthiness or lending purposes

5. Third-Party Services

• AI Analysis: OpenAI API - property data is sent for analysis only when you click "Generate AI Analysis"
• Payments: Stripe (we never see your card details)

6. Data Security

• All communications use HTTPS encryption
• Email data is protected on secured servers

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

• Request access to your personal data
• Request deletion of your email address
• Uninstall the extension to remove all local data
