1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the Estate Ninja Chrome extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

Estate Ninja is a Chrome browser extension that:

• Extracts and exports real estate listing data from supported portals
• Provides AI-powered analysis of property listings using OpenAI technology
• Requires a valid product key for full functionality

3. Product Keys and Licensing

• Access to certain features requires a valid product key
• Product keys are personal and non-transferable
• Each product key includes a specific number of AI analyses ("credits")
• Unused credits are non-refundable and may expire according to the terms of your purchase
• We reserve the right to revoke product keys in case of misuse or violation of these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the Extension
• Share your product key with others or use multiple keys fraudulently
• Use automated systems to abuse the service or exceed fair usage limits
• Scrape data in violation of the terms of service of the real estate portals

5. Intellectual Property

• The Extension and its original content are owned by DigiZen and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Extension
• Data you export remains your responsibility regarding its use and compliance with applicable laws

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• AI analyses are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional real estate advice
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on the Extension's output

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiZen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Extension.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Third-Party Services

• The Extension uses OpenAI API for AI analysis - usage is subject to OpenAI's terms
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe - subject to Stripe's terms of service
• Data extraction depends on third-party real estate portals which may change without notice

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
